I have been looking for a butterfly atlas/ID guide for a while and was delighted to have chanced upon this book by Ken Preston-Mafham at Page One, Vivocity. Although it isn't exactly an encyclopedia on butterflies, it has sufficient information to assist the avid naturalist when it comes to IDing a butterfly, plus it's compact size makes this ideal for field trips. Definitely worth every penny.
